Review: Tony Moly Tony Tint - Cherry Pink

Hello everyone! Ugh I just realized that I bought this Tony Moly Tony Tint since a long time ago.. probably about a year ago, I guess.. but I totally forgot to write the review until now lol. So, let me share this review to all of you before I forget for the second time, ha!

To be honest, I am not a huge fan of lip tints. It makes my dry lips look horrible and I really hate it! Although they last longer, but I still prefer to wear lipstick instead of lip tint on a daily basis, so that is why I only have a few lip tints in my makeup drawer.

This lip tint is available in 2 different colors, #1 Cherry Pink and #2 Red Apple.. as you can see, mine is the Cherry Pink one. And oh it comes in either the full size one (like mine), or the cute miniature size version for a very affordable price. Actually I really love this idea! I think it was just a waste of money to purchase a full size lip product, since I have never ever finished it, while I could not resist to purchase other shades lol. So, I wish I would find more mini-size version of lip products in the near future lol.

It comes with a regular applicator that we could usually find in a lip gloss.
And it contains 8ml of the product which is last for a super long time, because a few dots of this lip tint goes a long way!

The texture of this lip tint is very watery, and it is so pigmented! And as you can see from the swatch below.. at first, the color looks too intense like a bloody red, but after you blend it, the color looks more nice. It is also buildable depends on how many layers that you apply, and you can also use this lip tint as a blush on your cheeks. It looks lovely as long as you blend it very well.

I usually use this lip tint only on the center of my lips to create a Korean ulzzang gradient lips. The steps are so easy~ First, apply a lip balm to soften your lips. Then apply 3 - 4 dots of the lip tint on your lower lips to make it looks more natural. Spread it. And apply a lip concealer on the outside of your lips. Last but not least, apply a shimmery lip gloss and you are finish! Well, the bottom left picture was taken without flash, and the right picture was taken with flash.

Yes it makes your lips feel dry, so always make sure to apply lip balm, errr though it does not really help. And as you can see, it does not work very well with a cracked lips, the color settles along the cracks on my lips, and it looks awful meh! Sometimes it is quite hard to blend because it dries quickly, so you need to blend it gradually and carefully. Oh I also warn you.. it taste quite bitter, so be careful not to lick your lips, okay?

Overall.. this lip tint is not bad, but I am not interested to repurchase this lip tint, because there is a lot of lip tints from different beauty brands that I want to try kkk~
