Review: Etude House Dear Darling Tint - #3 Orange Red


Hello everyone, and Merry Christmas to all of you!
Yeah today I am back with another lip tint review! So.. DoLoveYield kindly sent me this super famous Etude House Dear Darling Tint, thank you so much ^^


This lip tint is available in 4 different colors.. Berry Red, Real Red, Orange Red, and Vampire Red. As you can see, I got mine in the Orange Red one. Actually this is the first orange lip tint I ever got, yeah I only have one orange lipstick in my makeup drawer, because I think I did not look good with orange lips lol

Well.. nothing special about the packaging of this lip tint, it comes in a transparent sturdy plastic tube.. And guess what? I just dropped it down 5 minutes after I tore the seal, and it is okay lol. And so far, the tube does not leak, so it can be thrown into your makeup pouch without worrying about the spills yay!


It comes with a regular applicator like another Korean lip tints that we could usually find, and it is very convenient to use! And oh.. I am sure this lip tint will last for a long time, because a few dots of this lip tint goes a very long way, and umm I am not a huge fan of lip tints, so I rarely wear lip tints on a daily basis.


It has a gel-type consistency, so.. it is not too runny. And the color is buildable depends on how many layers that you apply. Well.. I personally love the sweet scent of this lip tint, it smells like grape candy omg! But unfortunately, it also taste quite bitter like other lip tints that I have tried before!


I always use a lip tint only on the center of my lips to create Ulzzang gradient lips.. All you have to do is just apply a lip balm to soften your chapped lips, apply a lip concealer on the outside of your lips, apply 2 - 3 dots of the lip tint on your upper & lower lips, spread it well, and apply an orange lipstick to soften the edges.. here I am using Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips-Talk in OR206.


Ughh as you can see.. the color settles along the crack on my lips, and it looks horrible!
Oh yeah, it also makes your lips feel dry! So, this lip tint does not work well on a cracked lips like mine, and I think I would never get along with any lip tints >___<



Yeah some people might love this lip tint, but sadly I am not one of them. No no, this lip tint is not really bad and it is also very affordable, but I did not really like this lip tint and I would never repurchase it, because I want to try some lip tints from other beauty brands!

    have one in red. i have dry lips too that why I always moisturize before applying the tint or else it would be really awkward. it's a nice tint and very affordable! ^_____^

    What a shame that you don't really get along with liptints. :( I found to be quite fond of them actually. I really want to try the Vampire Red tint from this collection! It looks awesome :o

    I love Tony Moly's liptint. *A* I use it almost every day and it never dries out my lips!
    I don't really like the color, orange has never appealed to me as a lip tone. :<

    aku punya liptint ini juga tapi yg vampire red, warnanya bagus banget kalo dipake tipis2, mirip kaya warna bibirnya kim tan di the heirs, kan agak pink-ungu gt haha
    bibirku juga kering banget, tapi pas ngaplikasiin bibirku aku stretch (baca:dimewekin lol) biar ga nggumpal di garis2 bibir, trs pakenya tipis2 aja
    trus abis gt pake lipbalm, jadi ga kering deh,hehe ^^
