Review: Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask (Soft)

Hello everyone~
Today I am going to share a review about my current favorite Korean clay mask.
Oh okay, who does not know this super famous Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask? It is one of their top best sellers since a long time ago!

Actually I have tried some samples of this mask last year, but I just bought the full-size product for KRW 12.000 from Tester Korea a few months ago~

It comes with a box from 100% recycled paper and printed with soy ink, but unfortunately they did not provide a spatula inside, so I prefer to use my own spatula to scoop out the product instead of my fingers.

Description :
This Jeju volcanic scoria clay mask intensively adsorbs sebum and clarifies skin pores. And Jeju volcanic scoria is pure and rate ingredient, formulated from solidified lava caused by volcanic eruptions in Jeju island, absorbs impurities and sebum that are deeply embedded within skin pores.

About the packaging, it comes in a 100ml plastic jar. Oh, you might notice that mine is the updated '2013' version, so the packaging looks a bit different than the old version.
And if you dislike the jar packaging, you can try the tube one, it is more hygienic but I think you can never get all the product out. So, it depends on your personal choice.

And it lasts for a very long time! Umm I think mine would last for about a year lol, because I prefer to apply a thin layer of this mask all over my face, and re-apply another layers as thick as possible only on my trouble areas (pimples & large pores).

About the texture.. it is very thick, but easily spread on the face. And it smells like volcano, which is quite weird for me, but yeah I did not really mind about the smell haha~

Usually I use this mask once or twice a week, and leave it on for about 15 minutes, and rinse off with lukewarm water. The plus point is.. it does not feel too stiff and it feels powdery when it dries on your face!

My skin feels extremely smooth and brighter. It also helps to dry out my pimples faster, and it calms the redness on my face. And about the blackheads & whiteheads, sadly I did not see any satisfactory results!

I also noticed that my pores look smaller (just temporarily). And as you can see, it absorb the excess sebum on my oily-combination face~

Overall.. I love this mask, because it works quite well on me! So.. if you have the same problem like me, I recommend you to try this mask! Ugh now I am curious to try the 'super' one (the hard version), but I am not sure since I have a super sensitive skin >___<
