Review: Shiseido Aqualabel White Powder Foundation

Hello everyone ^^ Today I'm back with another review~
If you've read one of my post about 'October - December 2012 Hauls', I'm sure that you already know that I won a giveaway from Lily, she's my super sweet friend from Japan. Arigatou~ I got so many awesome products from her as my giveaway prizes, and one of them is.. Shiseido Aqualabel White Powder Foundation.

Honestly.. I didn't really know about this Aqualabel range. But I heard, it's no.1 whitening and anti-aging skincare brand in Japan and developed by Shiseido.

Ughh everything is written in Japanese, so.. sorry I don't understand them at all! You know, I always got bad scores in the Japanese languange class at my school mehh (≧д≦)

As you can see.. the refill comes with a sponge, and there's a mirror inside the compact case.

And I even have no idea about the shade of this product LOL *slapped (≧▽≦). But fortunately, Lily mentioned on her giveaway post that it was in Ochre20. At first, I thought it would looks too dark on my skin, but luckily.. it matches my skin tone, although it would make my skin looks a bit dull at first~

Claims: Powder foundation that instantly covers spot and freckles for a dewy, bright, and lustrous skin. Comes in 5 different shades.

I use it for school everyday (for about 2 weeks) because it was light enough for me and the finish result is matte, yeahh now I try to avoid using liquid foundation and BB cream too often.. And actually I prefer to use it with a brush instead of the sponge lol. But unfortunately it couldn't cover up my pores and my pimples very well, but it's ok la~ And so far, it doesn't cause redness / breakouts on my sensitive skin yay! (＾～＾)

 Love : ✩ Has SPF 23 PA++. ✩ Very light on my skin. ✩ Matte finish & good oil control. ✩ Doesn't break me out.

 Hate :

✩ Couldn't cover my imperfections very well.

✩ A bit pricey for a student like me.

Btw, I got a long school holidays from now until next 7th January 2013! Woohoo!! I promise I'll update this blog as often as possible during this holiday (￣∀￣) And since I've reached 500 followers today, I'm preparing for my next giveaway now. Umm maybe after Christmas??
